Charter of Rights and Freedom Quiz

Students will have a quiz on Monday, November 26. We have spent the last few weeks talking about the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and students have completed their projects. Monday's quiz will cover the following:
-The 4 Fundamental Freedoms
-Democratic Rights (Who is eligible to vote in Canada)
-Legal Rights (Life, Liberty and Security of the Person, Search and Arrest)
-Equality Rights (Everyone is equal before and under the law, Equality vs. Equity)
-Official Language Rights (What are Canada's official languages and what rights do these languages have?)

Last week, all students were provided with their own copy of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms for their reference.
